Bill Buie is a Configuration Management (CM) specialist with 15 years experience. He was indoctrinated in Total Quality Management principles at the same time as his initial exposure to CM, which has resulted in his decidedly process-centric approach to the discipline of software development.

Bill has been a CM technical lead in the Defense Contracting, Telecom, and Financial industries, as well as with a couple of now-defunct, local Triangle startups. He is currently a consultant with Configuration Management, Inc.
