Choosing the "Right" Software Development Process
Many have heard about "Agile Development Methodologies" and "Extreme Programming" (XP). Often, there are a number of assertions as to how important it is to be "Extreme" to get the benefits agile and XP proponents suggest are possible. Ken Auer has been involved in Extreme Programming since its early days and has been involved directly and indirectly in the application or attempted application of XP in many contexts.
