Randy Miller is currently a Senior Manager in David Intersimone's Developer Relations Group at Borland. Prior to being acquired by Borland, Randy was the Product Manager for the TogetherSoft product-line, winner of this year's Jolt award. He has held positions in the TogetherSoft research and development organization and in professional services. Prior to joining TogetherSoft, he worked at IBM, Nortel, and a variety of successful start-up companies. He is the author of Advanced Use Case Modeling and A Practical Guide to Extreme Programming with two more books on the way. His articles have appeared in IEEE journals and on the Borland Developer Network and IBM's developerWorks. He has held many OOPSLA workshops and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
